The narrative monograph, which, in addition to reproductions of essential works, also presents the reader with the genesis of the work, cites sources of inspiration and reproduces preparatory drawings and studies.

 

The introductory text was written by art historian Josef Záruba-Pfeffermann. Part of the book is also devoted to preparatory drawings and studies of paintings that Tomáš Kubík has never presented before.

 

It contains more than 200 reproductions and pictorial material, the printing of reproductions took place with the direct participation of the author, so color fidelity is ensured.
